We provide legal services in the field of labour law to employers, employment agencies, as well as individual employees. We help set up employment relationships so that they comply with legal requirements while remaining practically sustainable in the long term.

We primarily provide preparation and review of employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, agreements on work performed outside employment, and management agreements. We also participate in drafting internal regulations and setting up internal rules for employers’ operations.

We also handle disputes arising from employment relationships, particularly in connection with termination of employment, and provide representation in court proceedings. Our practice further includes matters relating to workplace accidents and occupational diseases, including related claims.

A separate area of our services is legal advice on the employment of foreign nationals, where we assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and setting up processes in compliance with applicable legislation.
