JUDr. Nikola Skutková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where she obtained both the JUDr. and LL.M. degrees. Since 2014, she has been actively practicing law and is the managing partner of the law firm Legals s.r.o..

In her practice, she specializes primarily in contract and corporate law, focusing on drafting and reviewing contractual documentation, company incorporations, corporate changes, and the structuring of holding and investment arrangements.

Another significant area of her practice is litigation, where she represents clients in court proceedings involving complex civil and commercial disputes. Thanks to her extensive experience in litigation, she provides clients with strategic and effective legal representation, with an emphasis on achieving concrete outcomes.

A specific specialization of JUDr. Nikola Skutková is the establishment and administration of trust funds and their integration into business, investment, and family structures. During her postgraduate LL.M. studies in tax law, she focused on the tax aspects of trust funds in relation to income taxation, including the taxation of distributions to beneficiaries and the use of trust funds as a tool for legitimate tax planning. She provides clients with comprehensive legal services, including fund structuring, drafting trust deeds, tax assessment, and long-term asset administration.

Mgr. Michal Fryč

Mgr. Michal Fryč graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague with a Master’s degree. During his studies, he focused on commercial law, including international trade law and European Union law. He has been working at the law firm Legals s.r.o. since 2020 and became a partner in 2024.

His main specialization is commercial law, with an emphasis on corporate matters, construction law, and dispute resolution in civil, arbitration, and administrative proceedings. In construction law, he provides legal representation in permitting procedures and spatial planning matters, as well as legal advisory services for building authorities. He is currently heavily involved in the transition of both developers and public authorities to the new Building Act and its practical application. In addition, he also focuses on administrative law and civil law.

In his practice, he draws not only on his experience in legal practice but also on his background in public administration, where he worked for over four years in local government, dealing with both self-governance and state administration. He has also gained experience in the non-profit sector, providing legal advisory services.

Since 2024, he has been a member of the Czech Society for Construction Law.

Mgr. Kateřina Verostová, LL.M.

Mgr. Kateřina Verostová, LL.M. graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc (Mgr.) and later from the Faculty of Law at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (LL.M.).

Since 2016, she has been a self-employed attorney registered with the Czech Bar Association. Since 2024, she has been cooperating with the law firm Legals s.r.o. as of counsel.

From the beginning of her practice, she has focused primarily on civil law advisory, especially real estate law, commercial law, European law, and out-of-court dispute resolution, particularly mediation. After completing mediation training organized by the CMI International Education Centre in cooperation with the Anglo-American University in Prague and successfully passing the mediation exam administered by the Czech Ministry of Justice, she has been registered as a mediator since 2013 in the official register maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic.

Thanks to her advanced knowledge of German, she also provides comprehensive legal services to German-speaking clients.

With her international focus, she is a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association).

 
 

Mgr. Helena Ličková

Mgr. Helena Ličková graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc with a Master’s degree. She has been practicing law since 2008 and speaks Czech and English.

Within the law firm Legals s.r.o., her main specialization is family law and real estate law.

In family law, she has extensive practical experience representing clients in both contested and uncontested divorces, arrangements regarding the custody and care of minor children, increases or reductions of child support, drafting agreements concerning marital property regimes (SJM), prenuptial agreements, and representing clients in proceedings on the settlement of marital property after divorce. Given the sensitive nature of family relationships, she approaches legal services in this area with particular care and sensitivity toward clients.

Her second specialization is real estate law, where she has experience not only in property transfers and the establishment of easements but also, thanks to extensive cooperation with real estate agencies and developers, in complex cases involving declarations of ownership and construction agreements. This allows her to provide highly comprehensive legal advice in this field. She has further deepened her expertise through numerous civil court proceedings related to real estate law, including neighbor disputes and adverse possession cases.

Mgr. Václav Schejbal

Mgr. Václav Schejbal graduated in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. He works at the law firm Legals s.r.o. as a legal trainee (articled clerk).

He focuses primarily on civil and administrative law, with an emphasis on drafting contractual documentation, handling civil disputes, and conducting administrative proceedings.

During his studies and professional practice, he has gained experience in legal research of case law, preparation of legal submissions, and analytical work for law firms. In his work, he emphasizes systematic case file management, precise drafting of legal texts, and careful preparation of materials for clients. He speaks English and German.
