Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between “Corporate Agenda” and “In-House Counsel”?
The corporate agenda represents ongoing legal support for a company (operations + system setup of documents and processes). In-house counsel, in addition, is regularly physically present in your company and participates in meetings and decision-making.
Can the cooperation be set up as a flat fee?
Yes. Cooperation can be set up on a flat-fee basis (fixed scope) or as a flexible combination. The specific arrangement always depends on the company’s size, agenda, and risk level.
How quickly can you start?
After an initial consultation, we set priorities, scope, and cooperation model. For typical assignments, we can usually start within days or weeks (depending on capacity and company needs).
