Terms for online and in-person consultations
1. Nature of the consultation
Consultations serve as an initial introduction to the client’s legal issue, provide a basic orientation in the situation, and suggest possible next steps. A consultation does not constitute comprehensive legal services or a substitute for a full legal assessment of a case based on complete documentation.
2. Consultation fee
Both online and in-person consultations are provided free of charge.
3. Follow-up legal services
If the client expresses interest in follow-up legal services, they will be provided with a price offer or information on the method of determining fees before such services begin. Legal services are provided only after the client agrees to the pricing terms.
4. Non-binding nature of the consultation
Providing a consultation does not create an obligation for the law firm to accept the client for representation, nor does it create an obligation for the client to use any follow-up legal services.
5. Liability
The information provided during the consultation is of a general nature and is based on the information supplied by the client. The law firm is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of this information without further professional analysis.
6. Booking and cancellation of appointments
The client may cancel a booked appointment at any time. In case of repeated failure to attend a consultation without prior notice, the law firm reserves the right to refuse further bookings.
7. Final provisions
These terms become effective on the date of their publication on the provider’s website.
