Legals, s.r.o. is a Czech law firm based in Prague. We provide legal services in Czech and English.
In addition to long-term projects and transactions, we also provide daily legal advice to large corporations, as well as smaller companies and individuals. We believe in an individual approach to each client.

Our team
JUDr. Nikola Skutková
Attorney
JUDr. Nikola Skutková graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague in the master’s degree program, where she received her JUDr. degree. Since 2014, she has been actively engaged in advocacy as a managing partner of the law firm Legals s.r.o.
She specializes in representing clients in court in contentious proceedings, where she has gained extensive experience in resolving complex legal disputes during her practice. It is her practice in this area that allows her to provide clients with professional and effective representation, always with the aim of achieving the best possible results.
In addition, she is engaged in the corporate agenda, which includes all aspects of legal services for businesses, from establishing companies, implementing corporate changes to preparing and reviewing contracts.
Another significant area of her specialization is the establishment and administration of trust funds. Trust funds represent a flexible and secure way of protecting assets and planning their transfer. As a recognized trustee registered with the Association for the Support and Development of Trust Funds, it provides clients with services in this area, including a complete legal service from initial consultation to long-term fund management.
Mgr. Michal Fryč
Attorney
Mgr. Michal Fryč graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in the master’s degree program. As part of his studies, he specialized in the field of commercial law, including international trade law and European law. He has been working at the law firm Legals s.r.o. since 2020 and has been its partner since 2024.
His specialization is primarily commercial law with an emphasis on corporate agenda, construction law and dispute resolution in civil, arbitration and administrative proceedings. Within the framework of construction law, he provides both representation of clients in planning permission proceedings and in the field of spatial planning, as well as legal advice for building authorities. He is currently intensively involved in the transition of builders and building authorities to the so-called new Building Act and its application. In addition, Mgr. Fryč also focuses on other areas of administrative law and civil law.
In his practice, he benefits not only from his work in advocacy, but also from his work in public administration, where he worked in the area of local government for more than 4 years, both independently and in state administration, and from his work in the non-profit sector, where he provided legal advice.
Since 2024, he has been a member of the Czech Society for Construction Law.
Mgr. Kateřina Verostová, LL.M.
Attorney and mediator
Mgr. Kateřina Verostová, LL.M. graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc (Mgr.) and the Faculty of Law of Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt am Main (LL.M.).
Since 2016, she has been an independent lawyer registered in the list of lawyers maintained by the Czech Bar Association. Since 2024, she has been cooperating with the law firm Legals s.r.o. in the position of Counsel.
From the beginning, she has been mainly engaged in consulting in the field of civil law, especially real estate law, commercial law, European law and out-of-court dispute resolution, especially mediation, when, after completing mediation training organized by the international educational center CMI in cooperation with the Anglo-American University, o.p.s. and successfully passing the mediator exam organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic, she has also been registered in the list of mediators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic since 2013.
Thanks to her excellent knowledge of the German language, Kateřina also focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to German-speaking clients in her practice.
In view of her international focus, she is a member of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) and IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association).
Mgr. Helena Ličková
Attorney
Mgr. Helena Ličková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc in the master’s degree program. She has been practicing law since 2008. She speaks Czech and English.
Her specialization within the law firm Legals s.r.o. is primarily family law and real estate law.
In the field of family law, she has a lot of practical experience in representing clients in disputed and undisputed divorces, adjusting the care of minor children, increasing or decreasing alimony, concluding contracts regarding SJM, prenuptial agreements or representing in proceedings for the settlement of SJM after divorce. Given the fact that this is an area of close personal and family relationships, legal services are provided with a sensitive approach to the client.
Another of her specializations is real estate law, where Mgr. Ličková has experience not only with the legal issues of real estate transfers, the establishment of easements and other usual agendas, but thanks to extensive cooperation with real estate agencies and developers, she has focused on complicated cases of owner declarations and construction contracts in her practice, which is why she is able to provide very comprehensive legal advice in this area. Mgr. Ličková has also gained legal knowledge and experience in the field of real estate and related relationships in many civil court proceedings concerning legal relationships to real estate, including the issue of neighbor disputes and maintenance.
Mgr. Václav Schejbal
Junior associate
Mgr. Václav Schejbal graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with a degree in Law and Jurisprudence. He works as a junior lawyer at the law firm Legals s.r.o. He focuses primarily on the field of civil and administrative law, with an emphasis on the preparation of contractual documentation, the resolution of civil disputes and the conduct of administrative proceedings.
During his studies and practice, he gained experience in case law research, the preparation of legal submissions and analytical work for law firms. In his work, he emphasizes systematic work with files, precise formulation of legal texts and careful preparation of documents for clients. He speaks English and German.
